At Topo Athletic, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your gear isn't the perfect fit for your natural movement, we offer free returns on all unworn items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Download and print the prepaid UPS shipping label provided at the end of the return process to ensure your package is tracked.
Pack Your Gear
Place the unworn footwear or apparel in its original packaging and securely seal the shipping box with the return label attached to the outside.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop your package at any authorized UPS location; once our warehouse inspects the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
